We want you to be satisfied with your beliveherbals purchase. If you are not, we will happily accept the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order or in-store purchase date. All original tags must be attached.

What is your exchange and return policy?
We accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged items within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns will be inspected once received at the warehouse and we will email you once the return has been approved and your refund/exchange has been processed. All unapproved items will be returned to sender. Please note that underwear is Final Sale.

How do I exchange or return my order?
Start your exchange or return online: Visit our Returns and Exchanges Page. print a shipping label, and bring your item the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! You can easily choose and initiate an exchange by visiting our Exchange and Returns Portal. Your exchange will be sent once we receive your original item. You will get an order confirmation email at that time.

How soon will I receive my refund?
A refund will be initiated as soon as we receive your item in a returnable condition. Please allow 1-3 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
